My friend dragged me here for their leadership program and I'll be honest, the content during the sessions was actually solid. The facilitators knew their stuff about ethics and all that but afterwards na the problem start. Nobody from the organization follows up with you sha, no WhatsApp message, no email, nothing to help you actually use what you learned. For what they charge you'd think they'd at least check in to see how things are going but nah, once the program ends everyone disappears.
