Been using Leadway for my pension contributions for almost two years now and honestly I can't complain much. The staff are professional, transactions go through smooth, and I actually understand what's happening with my fund unlike some other administrators. My only gripe sha — their website is outdated and doesn't show real-time updates like it should in 2024, so I end up calling to confirm things that should just be online. Otherwise decent people doing their job well enough.
