Long time customer dropping a review finally because Leadway has actually been reliable when I need to file claims for my shop. The whole process was straightforward and the staff explained everything clearly which I appreciated but honestly their website is a mess and I couldn't find half the information I needed without calling them. For an innovative insurance company they really need to update that platform because it wasted my time trying to sort things out online first. Still gave them 4 stars because when it actually matters the service itself is there.
