My issue is that when I first came in, nobody really explained how the whole system works before diving into forms and requirements. The staff could have been clearer about timelines and what documents I actually needed upfront instead of me coming back three times. It gets the job done eventually but the experience felt like I was figuring it out myself more than them guiding me through it.
