Came for a quick consultation about my health insurance coverage and the lady at the desk was actually helpful which surprised me. But then when I asked about filing a claim sha, the whole thing became a nightmare with forms upon forms and nobody explaining what half of them meant. They told me to come back in two weeks but I'm still waiting for feedback after a month now. I no go lie, their risk assessment side seems fine but the claims handling part will frustrate you.
