Long time customer dropping a review finally because Lareina really does know their stuff when it comes to extensions. The hair quality is premium I won't lie and the whole vibe of the place is lovely, but abeg the waiting time is a serious wahala. Last time I came in for my usual touch up they told me one hour and I sat there almost two hours while other people were getting attended to before me. The girl at the counter didn't even explain why the delay or offer me water or anything sha. Still love the final results so that's why I'm not dropping them completely but they need to sort their scheduling because my time is valuable too.
