Frequent customer here and I must say LAPO has been solid for what they do with the whole empowerment angle sha. The team actually took time to explain how everything works and I appreciated that they weren't just rushing me through like some places do. My only gripe is the waiting time was crazy even though I had an appointment, sat there almost an hour before anyone called my name which was frustrating. But overall they delivered on what they promised and I'll be coming back for sure.
