Regular customer here and I must say Kwara State Water has been consistent with supply to our area in Warri, which is more than I can say for before. The water quality is clean and we haven't had issues with contamination or anything like that. My complaint sha is their billing process because tracking usage and getting accurate statements from them is like pulling teeth, very frustrating and they need to fix that system abeg. Overall the service is good but sort that billing matter out and you get full marks from me.
