Wasn't even planning to use their services but my fabric supplier recommended Kuehne+Nagel for importing materials from overseas and I needed to sort it out quick. The whole logistics thing sha, nobody explained it clear enough and I spent time going back and forth asking questions that should have been straightforward from the start. Their tracking system worked okay once my shipment was actually moving but getting to that point was stressful. Mixed feelings because the goods arrived intact and on schedule but the customer service before that made the whole thing harder than it needed to be for a fashion business trying to scale up.
