Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly the experience was half good half frustrating. The actual credit scoring process worked fine and the staff explained how they pull your data from different sources which I appreciated, but the whole thing took longer than it should have and nobody told me beforehand that I'd be waiting almost 45 minutes just to get my report. The data they pulled looked accurate enough sha but for a place that's supposed to be a leading hub, the waiting time and lack of communication about how long things take is actually disappointing. Won't rule out coming back but they need to get their act together with the speed.
