Came for a consultation on their advisory services and I won't lie sha, the staff were professional and actually took time to explain things to me. But the whole thing took almost two hours just for an initial meeting — kept shuffling between different people and departments like I was being passed around. The value is there if you can afford their fees, but abeg they need to streamline how they handle clients because waiting that long for just information gathering is not it. Would go back but only when I have serious time on my hands.
