I've tried here for months now and they've actually got solid omni-channel solutions that work when they work. The integration between their online platform and in-store operations is smooth most of the time, but abeg the POS machines take forever to process transactions during peak hours. Last time I came with my colleague from the bank we almost missed lunch because we spent 20 minutes just waiting for payment to go through. Overall decent service and good value for what they offer, just sort out that processing speed issue and we're golden.
