Came to inquire about their programs for my nephew and the whole thing felt disorganized sha. The staff at the front didn't even have updated information about current offerings and I waited almost 30 minutes before anyone could properly explain what they offer. The curriculum information looked solid when they finally gave it to me but for a place claiming to be a leading British education destination the customer service experience was lacking. Won't lie I'm still thinking about it but they need to get their act together if they want people to invest serious money with them.
