Came to check out their managed care services since I heard they were doing something different with modern medical approach and all that. The staff were knowledgeable sef and explained everything clearly which I appreciated, but chai the waiting time was something else sha. I spent almost two hours there when they told me 45 minutes, and for what they charge you'd think the process would move faster. The facility itself is clean and well organized but that wait situation spoiled the whole thing for me.
