I've tried here for months now and I must say their mobile app made my life easier sha. No more queuing at the branch for transfers, everything happens in seconds once you set it up properly. The one time I had issues with a transaction, the customer service lady actually picked up the phone and sorted it without the back and forth you usually get from banks. Worth sticking with them honestly.
