Came to sort out some utility data issues for my farm records and the consultant was actually helpful with explaining how their system works. But sha, the whole process took three visits when they said it could be done in one and nobody followed up to confirm if my data was properly integrated. The fees they charge didn't match what I was quoted initially either. Won't rule them out completely but they need to get their act together before I recommend anyone.
