Been using Karcher cleaning systems for about six months now and the quality is really solid I won't lie. Got a new pump last month and it works perfectly, parts fit exactly as they should. My only issue sha is that it took them almost three weeks to get the spare parts to me when they said one week, and follow up calls were like pulling teeth. For a teacher that travels back to Ilorin every weekend the wait time made things difficult, but the actual product quality makes up for most of the frustration.
