Regular customer here and I must say Kano State Water has been reliable with their distribution. The water pressure is consistent and they don't play games with supply like some other outfits. My only gripe sha is their billing system is confusing, took me three visits to understand my statement and nobody seemed trained to explain it properly. Apart from that headache, service has been good and steady which is what matters most.
