Regular customer here and I must say Kaduna State Water has been doing alright with managing our resources. The supply has been more consistent this year compared to before and that alone deserves recognition because we all know how it was. My only complaint is their billing system is confusing sometimes because the charges don't match up with what I expect to pay and getting someone to explain it takes forever. Overall though I'm satisfied with what they're doing especially since water scarcity is real these days.
