Used to be my go-to but something changed with how they manage their health plans. The staff are helpful and they know their stuff sef, but abeg their booking system takes forever to process anything. I came in last month for a plan renewal and what should have taken 30 minutes turned into almost 2 hours because their system kept freezing. Everything else about the experience was solid, just sort out that technology issue because it defeats the whole purpose of a tech hub innit.
