What got me honestly was how the staff actually took time to explain what products would work best for different soil types instead of just pushing whatever was in stock. I came in as a skeptic thinking it was just going to be the usual run around but they paired me with someone who knew the tech side of things and didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time with questions.
