I've been using Jos Electricity for about two years now and honestly the improvement in the last few months is something else. They used to have so many outages that I bought a generator just to manage, but these past months the supply has been consistent and I'm actually saving money on fuel. The billing is also clearer now when you check your account online. Na sha small small steps but they're getting it right and I'm happy about that.
