Came to get my land valued before selling and honestly I wasn't expecting much but the surveyor at Jide Taiwo Hub was actually thorough. Guy took time to explain everything clearly, didn't rush through it like some of these people, and the report they gave me was detailed enough that I felt confident showing it to potential buyers. For someone like me who doesn't understand all the property jargon, having someone break it down without making me feel stupid was refreshing sha. Would definitely use them again if I need another valuation.
