Came here to source some diagnostic equipment for my shop and the actual products they showed me were solid I won't lie. But abeg the whole process took forever because the staff member assigned to me kept disappearing to attend to other things and I spent almost two hours just waiting to finalize paperwork that should have taken 30 minutes. They know what they're doing with the equipment side of things but the service itself is frustrating and makes you wonder if they actually want your money. I'll probably go back because I need their products but I'm not happy about it.
