Came to check out their electric vehicle assembly setup because honestly I wanted to see what the hype was about, and I'll give them credit the technology side looks solid. But chai, the whole process of getting information was unnecessarily complicated sha like why would I have to wait almost an hour just to talk to someone who could explain the warranty and delivery timeline. The staff weren't rude or nothing but they seemed more interested in their phones than actually helping customers understand what they're selling. I'm genuinely interested in their products but next time I visit I'm hoping the experience matches the quality of what they're building.
