Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried their services since my work sometimes involves looking into different industries and honestly the operation itself ran smooth. The team knew what they were doing and everything was handled professionally but my main issue was getting updates on progress took forever. I had to call multiple times before someone gave me proper feedback on what was happening with my request. Still 4 stars because the end result was solid but abeg they need to improve how they keep customers in the loop.
