The thing that really got me was how straightforward their non-interest system is like I actually understand where my money is going and what I'm paying for unlike my old bank where everything was shrouded in mystery. Staff at the branch in Abuja knew their stuff too and didn't talk down to me when I asked questions about how it all works. Worth the switch I'm not gonna lie.
