Came to open an account here since I heard they doing the non-interest banking thing and I was curious sha. The staff were polite enough and explained how everything works but abeg the whole process took almost two hours for something that should be straightforward. Mobile app works fine when I finally got it set up but transactions seem slower than my other bank and that's frustrating when you need quick transfers. The idea is solid but they need to speed up their operations because I no go lie, my time is money too.
