Been using Jaiz for about six months now and I won't lie, the non-interest thing appealed to me as a Muslim. Staff at the branch in Calabar are actually helpful and they explain things clear clear. But abeg, their mobile app moves like it's on 2G network — even simple transfers take forever to process and it's frustrating when you're trying to settle something quick. Overall decent bank sha, just wish they'd fix that app issue because everything else works fine.
