Came for a consultation on some IP matter and the lawyer sha actually knew what she was talking about which was refreshing, but I had to wait almost two hours past my appointment time before anyone even called my name. The actual service when it happened was solid and they explained everything clearly but that kind of wait for a professional service is just not it. Don't get me wrong they seem competent at what they do but abeg sort out your scheduling because that was frustrating.
