Used to be my go-to but last time I called about my health plan coverage they kept transferring me between departments like I was playing pass the parcel. The plans themselves are okay and the premiums are reasonable for what you get, but abeg when you have questions about your policy don't expect quick answers. I've been with them for two years now and honestly the whole process feels slower than it should be in 2024.
