Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried Itana for my small business registration and honestly it was straightforward. The whole process online was clean and easy to navigate which I wasn't expecting abeg. My only complaint is when I had questions about some documentation, it took them almost a week to respond to my support ticket and that annoyed me small small. Otherwise the platform itself is solid for what they offer as a free zone for us African business owners.
