Wasn't even planning to come but my brother kept pushing me to start thinking about my pension so I went to Investment One to ask questions. The advisors were really helpful and explained things step by step which I appreciated because honestly pension talk makes my head spin. My only issue is their online portal took me forever to understand, like the buttons are not where you'd expect them and I had to call back three times before I got how to check my contributions. Overall though they know their stuff and they actually listened to what I need as a young person trying to plan ahead.
