Been using Intertek Nigeria for industrial testing on some of my real estate development projects and honestly their work is thorough, no complaints there. The issue is getting feedback from them sha - you submit your materials and then it's radio silence for days before they finally call with results. For a business that's supposed to be about quality assurance, their own customer communication process could use some tightening. Apart from that slow feedback thing, the actual testing results have been reliable and saved me from some costly mistakes on site, so I still rate them okay.
