Regular customer here and I must say Interswitch has made things easier for my food business — sending money to suppliers and getting paid from customers through their platform works well enough. The transactions go through fast most times and the fees are reasonable compared to what I was paying before. My only complaint and it gets me vexed sometimes is that their app takes forever to load, especially when I'm trying to confirm a payment quick quick during rush hour at the market. Overall decent service but abeg they need to sort out that app speed issue because waiting 30 seconds for a screen to load when customers are waiting is pure wahala.
