Their contact center setup is actually solid

Wasn't even planning to come but my boss insisted we check out Interra Networks for our call center operations and I'm not gonna lie, I was impressed. The way they set up the whole system made it so easy to manage customer calls and everything was organized proper proper. What really got me sha was how quick their support team responded when we had questions about the platform - no long waiting time nonsense like you see elsewhere. For what we paying them, the value is definitely there and I'd recommend to anyone running a contact center operation.
