Long time customer dropping a review finally because I've been using Intercellular for my fixed line and data for almost two years now and honestly the service has been solid. Network is stable, data speeds are decent, and the staff at their office are actually helpful when you have issues. My only gripe and it's been consistent is their billing system because I keep getting overcharged for the same package and have to call three times before they sort it out properly. Otherwise I can't complain too much, they do what they promise most of the time and customer service responds when you reach out.
