I wasn't sure at first but came to check out Intels Nigeria for some port-related services and honestly it's been a mixed bag. The staff knew what they were doing and could explain the processes clearly which I appreciated, but the waiting time was something else sha—came in around 10am and wasn't attended to properly till almost noon. Their systems seem okay and they handle the documentation decently, but for a logistics hub that size, the service pace doesn't match what you'd expect. Won't say don't go but definitely manage your expectations on timing.
