My partner insisted we try this place and I was skeptical at first because it's not really my scene. The beauty hub setup is actually impressive sha, everything looks well arranged and the space itself is decorated nicely which I'll give them credit for. But waiting almost an hour just to get attended to when there were only like three other people there was frustrating, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers. For what they charge for their services, the wait time alone shouldn't be that long, so I'm really on the fence about coming back.
