I wasn't sure at first but came to understand what Infrastructure Bank does for public projects financing and I must say they handled our salon association's inquiry well. The team actually knew their stuff and explained the development financing options clear clear without making it too technical. My one real complaint sha is that getting responses takes forever even after you submit your documents, I waited almost two weeks for feedback when they said five working days. Good institution overall but abeg they need to answer their phones and emails faster.
