Came to use their financial software for my business accounts and I no go lie, the system itself is solid and does what it supposed to do. But abeg, getting help when you actually need it is like pulling teeth because nobody picks up the phone when you call and emails take days to respond. The data handling sha looks secure at least but for a company that charges this much, the customer service side is just not matching. I'm still using them because the software itself works but I'm not exactly happy about it.
