Came against my better judgment to understand how this credit underwriting thing works and honestly I still don't fully get it. The person explaining the technology to me was using so much jargon that by the time I left my head was spinning, and I'm someone who handles money in my tailor business so I'm not completely lost. The system itself might be solid but if they can't explain it simple simple to customers like me then what's the point sha. I'll give them credit for trying to do something different but they need to work on how they communicate with regular people.
