Came to check out their CBT training for my kids and honestly the instructors know their stuff, materials are well organized and the study environment is calm. But abeg waiting to even get started on the first day was almost 2 hours and nobody explained why or gave us water or anything. The premium fees they charge should mean better management of time, not leaving parents standing around like we have nowhere else to be. I'll likely keep them there since my kids are learning something but that first experience left a sour taste and I'm still on the fence about recommending it to friends.
