I've tried here for months now whenever I need to sort out my community issues and they actually help quick quick. The staff are friendly and they know what they doing when it comes to the administrative stuff, but abeg one thing that frustrates me every single time is how long you wait before anyone calls your number even when there's no queue. Last time I came in on my lunch break from driving and sat there for almost 40 minutes while the lady at the counter was just chatting with her colleague, didn't even look like she was processing anything. Overall the service is solid and they actually solve problems, just wish they could organize the waiting system better because my time is money when I'm not out driving.
