I've tried here for months now dealing with my electricity meter problems and honestly this last visit was different. The guy who attended to me actually took time to explain what was wrong instead of the usual runaround, and he didn't even rush me through it sef. Payment process was smooth and they gave me a proper receipt with a reference number which I appreciated because now if there's any issue I have something to show. Won't lie, their customer service has improved a lot since I first came here annoyed.
