I wasn't sure at first but came for life insurance quotes and the staff actually knew what they were talking about which impressed me. My policy got sorted quick and the premium was reasonable compared to what I expected sha. My one complaint though is trying to reach them by phone for updates after I signed up was a whole different wahala, waited on hold for almost 20 minutes before someone picked up. Overall they delivered on what they promised but abeg they need to fix that customer service wait time because it's annoying when you just want to ask a simple question.
