Wasn't sure at first but ICRC Nigeria really helped me understand what I needed for my infrastructure photography project. The person who attended to me took time to explain the regulatory requirements and what documentation I'd need before proceeding, which saved me from wasting time and money doing things wrong. Most regulatory bodies make you feel like you're bothering them but these guys were patient with all my questions abeg. Worth the visit if you're planning any infrastructure work in Nigeria.
