My friend dragged me here to settle a business dispute and the mediators knew what they were doing sha. They explained the whole arbitration process clearly and didn't rush us through it but the waiting area was cramped and somehow nobody told us upfront how long the whole thing would take. Waited almost two hours before we even started the session and by then my mind was already tired. The service itself was decent but the lack of proper communication about timelines really frustrated me. Would I recommend? Ehn I'm still on the fence honestly.
