Frequent flyer here and I must say Ibom Air has been treating me well overall. The flight itself was on time and the cabin crew were attentive throughout which impressed me. My only complaint sha is that check-in process took forever, like they only had one person at the counter and the queue was mad long. For an award-winning airline you'd think they'd staff better during peak hours but aside from that small thing the whole experience was solid.
