The staff member who attended to me was knowledgeable I won't lie but abeg the whole process took almost two hours when they said 30 minutes. They kept me in a waiting area with no AC while they prepared materials and by the time we started the actual session I was already frustrated. The information was useful but the service experience left me on the fence about recommending them.
